After two years, Meross has revised its four-way HomeKit power strip and released a new and improved version. No differences can be seen at first glance, but more durable and reliable hardware is said to be installed inside.
With a HomeKit power strip, conventional devices can quickly and easily integrate into Apple’s smart home platform. In contrast to many other manufacturers, Meross offers four sockets and four additional USB ports. While the sockets can all be controlled individually via HomeKit, the USB ports can only be controlled together. This has not changed in the new version.
While no difference can be seen from the outside, the power strip claims to be more durable and reliable. The device can be integrated into Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and SmartThings via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
At the start, the new version is on offer for around €40. As always, you save another 10% via our link in the Meross online shop.
